This is a 3-week strength-training program for women 35 and up who are ready to stop wondering where to start and actually get started. Beginner to intermediate, efficient, and designed for real life. No hours in the gym required. Just the right plan and the commitment to show up.
This is not about getting a beach body. It is about building strength that shows up where it matters. More energy. More confidence. A body that can keep up with your life and actually enjoy it. Whether that is a beach vacation, a hike with friends, or just moving through your day feeling like yourself again.
