Currently offering two classes at Rolling Brook Yoga:
- Strength and Serenity - This unique class combines metabolic strength and conditioning workouts, yoga, and meditation to help build strength, develop stamina, improve balance, reduce stress, and cultivate resilience.
- Beyond Basics Yoga - Refine poses learned in Yoga Basics. This class begins to links poses and incorporates sun salutations. You'll learn additional standing, seated, and supine poses that develop balance, increase flexibility, and build strength.
I also offer in person and virtual private yoga sessions.
