We all know we should be drinking water, but plain water can be SO boring! Infused water is a delightful way to add flavor and nutrients to your daily hydration routine.

Here are ten easy and delicious recipes to keep your water interesting and refreshing!

Each recipe suggests an amount of produce, but feel free to adjust based on the volume of water and flavor intensity you desire. The more produce you add, the stronger the flavor will be.

Flavor intensity also depends on infusion time. Ingredients like cucumber, melon, citrus fruits, and mint add flavor almost immediately, while rosemary, berries, and ginger need to soak overnight for a more pronounced taste.

Remove any fruit, vegetables, or herbs after 24 hours. The infused water can be refrigerated for up to three more days (four days total).

1. Cucumber Mint Water

  • 1 cucumber, thinly sliced
