When you're feeling unmotivated it's hard to commit to a full hour in the gym when you would rather be anywhere else.

If you've done any of my challenges before, you know I love a good high intensity workout. Give it everything you've got for 10-30 minutes then you're back on the beach or poolside enjoying your summer vacation.
While I love a full hour long strength workout, if you're inclined to skip it due to lack of time or motivation, then short and sweet is the way to go! As you know, SOMETHING is better than nothing!

To be in the running for the grand prize you must:
- Complete 10 workouts during the 14 days. That's 5 workouts a week. That can be tough, but remember they're short, so you should be able to find the time to squeeze them in.

- HAVE FUN!!!! OK, so this isn't actually required, but I hope that you do!
