How does it work?
This is a 28 day Instagram fitness challenge. Yes. You have to be on Instagram. Even if it's just for this challenge. Join for free! Follow me: MBStrength Your goal is to complete a minimum of 16 workouts over the 28 day challenge. That's an average of 4 workouts a week. You must complete 16 to be entered into the raffle for the grand prize! Sounds tough? You have a lot going on? There aren't enough hours in the day? Honey... you're preaching to the choir! If it was a piece of pie it wouldn't be called a challenge. These workouts are no joke. You're going to have to dig deep and push yourself. But I have faith! I know you can do this!
