It's that time of year!  
The holidays are upon us! 

It's a time spent with family and friends.
Holiday traditions that often come in the form of rich treats and dishes that we only indulge in once a year.

I'm not going to tell you to skip it all and eat celery the entire season.  Hell no!  I know I'm not!  My favorite Christmas cookies, spiked hot mulled cider, and family dinners are something I look forward to all year!  It's important to enjoy your favorite holiday flavors, however moderation is the key to long term success.

What better way to stay on track than a good old fashioned holiday fitness challenge?

How does it work?  

This is a 28 day Instagram fitness challenge.  

Yes.  You have to be on Instagram.  Even if it's just for this challenge.  

Join for free!

Your goal is to complete a minimum of 16 workouts over the 28 day challenge.  That's an average of 4 workouts a week.  You must complete 16 to be entered into the raffle for the grand prize!  

Sounds tough?  You have a lot going on?  There aren't enough hours in the day? 

Honey... you're preaching to the choir!  

If it was a piece of pie it wouldn't be called a challenge.  These workouts are no joke.  You're going to have to dig deep and push yourself.  But I have faith!  I know you can do this! 

Post your workouts on Instagram!  Have fun with your posts!  Sweaty selfies, videos of your favorite exercise, a screenshot of your workout time... anything goes!  Be artsy, be goofy, be sentimental, be meditative, it's your workout be creative!  Use the hashtag #MERRYMETCON and #Day1 (or whatever day you completed).
